We want to ensure your experience with CROMO is as seamless as possible. Please take note of our return policy below:
• We offer store credits only for full priced items if you change your mind. We do not provide refunds, however our store credits are valid for 12 months.
• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. Please ensure that the item is unused and has all original packaging.
• Items purchased with a discount code or during a promotional period are not eligible for return.
• Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and items must be returned to the CROMO warehouse in Perth, Australia.
